Why should I purchase or look further at Past Student Information System or at Phone Contact Information System?

These programs were written and tested by me.  My qualifications are:

When a person takes your course and that same person was on the Phone Contact Information System you have a great deal of information just a few keystrokes away.  The best conditions for total information is when a single person is both a phone contact and a past student.  But, that is not to say that the information that is collected when a person is just a phone contact or just a student is not important.  It is just that some of the question that you would like to know the answers to will not be available.  Since those answers are only available when the single person is both a phone contact and a past student.  Some of the questions could be:

• Using just the Past Student Information System:
  • How many students completed the course in that year?
  • How many students completed the course in a single quarter of that year?
  • How many failures did you have during that year?
  • How many failures did you have in a single quarter of that year?
  • Which areas do most of our students come from?
  • How many classes did that instructor teach during that year?
  • How many times did that instructor work as an assistant?
  • How many times did that instructor work as a lead?
  • This list could go on and on...
• Using just the Phone Contact Information System:
  • How many contacts during that year?
  • How many contacts during a single quarter of that year?
  • Which areas do most of our contacts come from?
  • How soon after the contact was he/she a student?
  • How many contacts did we get using e-mail?
  • Does the web site pay for it self?
  • This list could go on and on...
• Using both Past Student Information System and the Phone Contact Information System:
  • Which areas did most of our students come from?
  • How soon after the contact was he/she a student?
  • When we put out advertisements in the different shops for the course which ones did you get better response for your advertisement?
  • When you run with a limited budget small things like advertisement become a major item.
  • Would it be worth while to put in a 1-800 number?
  • This list could go on and on...
